1. Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
- Certain items such as personalized products, opened consumables, or final sale items are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
- If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
3. Exchanges

4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, they may already be processed or shipped.
5. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with a photo and description. We’ll resolve the issue quickly by offering a replacement or refund.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Please use a trackable shipping method when sending returns. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
